In collaboration with Veuve Clicquot, this is the second project where Executive Chef Kudo, inspired by the iconic advertisement “After the Opera (Pairing Veuve Clicquot with Hamburgers)” published in The New Yorker magazine in 1964, has devised two types of burgers that allow you to savor the finest ingredients. In the refreshing autumn season, under the unobstructed open blue sky, within a cabana brimming with a sense of the extraordinary, you can indulge in the pairing of Veuve Clicquot and burgers.
