Autumn is the season of harvest when the leaves on the trees change color and a variety of vegetables and fruits are at their peak.
The ‘Autumn Blessings fair is offered in course style for weekday dinners only, using seasonal ingredients that can be enjoyed through all five senses.
Grilled and roasted ingredients are carefully selected by the Elements chef.
Enjoy an elegant course-style dinner with an assortment of starters and autumnal sweets.

      • Grilled Oita Market-Fish Papillotte　autumn vegetables, yuzu
      Roasted Oita Kanmuri-zidori chicken　girolles and trumpet mushroom, Vincotto sauce
