As the “brilliant brand like the sun,” Veuve Clicquot continues to express a beautiful lifestyle and experience filled with dreams, hope, and joy through its iconic “yellow” color. In collaboration with Veuve Clicquot, this is the second project where Executive Chef Kudo, inspired by the iconic advertisement “After the Opera (Pairing Veuve Clicquot with Hamburgers)” published in The New Yorker magazine in 1964, has devised two types of burgers that allow you to savor the finest ingredients. In the refreshing autumn season, under the unobstructed open blue sky, within a cabana brimming with a sense of the extraordinary, you can indulge in the pairing of Veuve Clicquot and burgers. The open space, overlooking Beppu Bay and the cityscape, is an exceptional location even within the leisurely flow of time at the resort. We will create a luxurious moment for you.

Patisserie Boulangerie presents the Four Seasons Stollen. This special pastry, made using the Stollen technique, is available in different flavors for each of the four seasons. Enjoy this luxurious delicacy, made using only the finest ingredients, such as French flour and domestic fermented butter. The chestnuts and walnuts soaked in mellow brandy are lavishly used. This autumn-only baked cake is baked with the refined sweetness of wasanbon and an exquisite balance of spices. The sweet and sour taste of lemon in the fragrant butter and the delicate melt-in-your-mouth flavor deepen with time.
